At Punjabi Cooking Studio, every meal is prepared fresh and with care. We take pride in delivering high-quality, homemade Punjabi food to your doorstep.
Since all our tiffins are made to order, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our kitchen team.
1. Cancellations

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and ingredients are already in process.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

The food delivered was incorrect (e.g., wrong tiffin type).

The order arrived in unsatisfactory condition and photo proof was provided immediately upon delivery.
Please note that taste preference does not qualify for a refund, as food flavour can vary depending on individual palate.
3. Refund Process

Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If the refund is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery.

Partially eaten or disposed-of food.

Delays caused by incorrect addresses or failure to collect the order at the time of delivery.

Orders affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions, delivery restrictions).
