3. Ordering

Orders can be placed directly via WhatsApp at the above number.
When placing an order, please provide your name, address (with postcode), preferred tiffin type (Veg / Non-Veg / Half), and start date.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation from Punjabi Cooking Studio.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive details regarding delivery times, menu options, and payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may vary based on portion size and delivery area.
Payment details will be shared at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp.
Full payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Punjabi Cooking Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time of your order will remain valid for that order.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made as per the schedule confirmed during order placement.
We aim to deliver all tiffins on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Punjabi Cooking Studio will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missing contact details.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation begin in advance.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.

8. Quality and Freshness

All meals are prepared fresh daily using high-quality ingredients.
Please consume your tiffin within a reasonable time after delivery and store it safely if not eaten immediately.
Punjabi Cooking Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from improper handling or storage after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Punjabi Cooking Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or consumption of our products.
Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

10. Privacy

Any personal information shared with Punjabi Cooking Studio (including name, address, and contact details) will be used solely for order and delivery purposes.
We will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
